This is a huge benefit for those with more time-consuming hobbies and interests outside of work, or people splitting their time between work and childcare and other commitments.

As a supply teacher, you have the unique opportunity to work in a variety of schools and settings – teaching students from all over the UK from different backgrounds. This is a great opportunity to gain a richer experience with staff and pupils from all walks of life, giving you the chance to learn as well as teach. This can also give you the opportunity to decide how you want to focus your career going forward.
